The UConn Huskies are slugging it out in the Big East Conference and there is a lot of fans clamoring for UConn basketball tickets because they want to see the show. As one of the biggest teams in the Big East, and college hoops in general, the UConn Huskies are going to be tough to beat. They've had some great moments in their history, especially if you saw them with Big East Tournament tickets during one of their many incredible games. They are always a threat to be selling Final Four tickets and this year its more of the same. Coach Jim Calhoun is among the best coaches in all of sports, and with the likes of Jerome Dyson, Stanley Robinson and Kemba Walker on his side the UConn Huskies will be tough to beat. Make sure you get some UConn Huskies basketball tickets so that you can see all the action up close. Soon you will be able to see the Huskies with NCAA Tournament tickets for the Big Dance. They'll be playing their heart out so if you can get out there you'll have a lot of fun.
Big East basketball
The UConn Huskies play basketball in the Big East Conference, perhaps the most dangerous in the country. Just about the entire Big East Conference can hang with anyone, and the UConn Huskies have their work cut out for them each time they play a Big East team. The Huskies have their fair share of rivals, and none is hotter than Syracuse basketball tickets, especially after the Syracuse UConn game in the Big East Tournament last year. There are some other hot NCAA basketball tickets in the Big East, and Louisville basketball tickets and Villanova basketball tickets are as hot as any. There is plenty of NCAA basketball action in the Big East so don't miss out. You can also bet that there will be a lot of fans that want Georgetown basketball tickets for all the action in the Verizon Center. While they are better known for football, there is always fans that want Notre Dame basketball tickets to see the Irish, and UConn Huskies fans are no different. Maybe the most dangerous team in the Big East are the Panthers, and Pitt basketball tickets are very hot right now. When you talk about hot UConn Huskies basketball tickets you have to look at Pitt. You also need to look out for Providence basketball tickets because the Friars have had some huge games so far this year. The Scarlet Knights are also playing good basketball, you can enjoy some games if you get Rutgers basketball tickets or even St. John's basketball tickets to see the Red Storm in person. And last but not least, fans are going bananas looking for WVU basketball tickets because the Mountaineers are in good shape. There is always plenty of action in the Big East Conference, and this year seems to be even nuttier than usual. See the greatest sport on earth live and in person and get some UConn Huskies basketball tickets to as many games as you can.

Welcome to UConn Huskies Basketball Tickets! On this site we keep up with all the UConn Huskies basketball news and rumors, with a special eye to how to actually score tickets to the games.
Tickets to the home games at Gampel Pavillion and the Hartford Civic Center are notoriously hard to get your hands on what with all the season ticket holders, student seating, and general frenzy surrounding college basketball in Connecticut. Seems that ever since the Whalers left town, CT has galvanized around basketball making UConn games the premiere sporting event in the state. So if you are jonesing to be a member of the dog pound, what options are you left with?
Ticketmaster has tickets to Hartford Civic Center games, but those are also part of season ticket packages. Shortly after the on sale date, the pickings are pretty much slim to none.
EBay and Craigslist are worth checking out, there are bargains out there to be sure. Be cautious if you do go that route though as you are buying from the regular Joe and you can run into the occasional scam (tickets never show up, not the seats they claimed, sometimes duplicate tickets!)
Whats left then? So far we are recommending Ticketliquidator.com for UConn Basketball Tickets. Yeah, they are ticket brokers, but in our experience they seem to have the best prices, customer service, and guarantees out there. Yes tickets will probably be over face price, but you are at least buying from a real company with guarantees. Last time I checked, they listed on their home page that they have something like $320,000,000 wort of tickets up for sale at any given time!

Even with UConn Huskies basketball loosing three of their best players, fans in Connecticut are still crazy about this basketball teams. They trust Coach Jim Calhoun, and if sales of UConn Huskies Basketball tickets are any indication hey think this team is getting back to the Final Four! Even with the loss of some very good players, this is shaping up to be another very successful UConn Huskies basketball season in the Big East Conference. There is going to be some tough competition for the Big East crown once again, but this team is ready to step it up and go all the way. Fans are already thinking about 2010 March Madness tickets thinking that this year could see UConn surprise quite a few teams. You need to get your UConn Huskies basketball tickets fast because pretty soon they'll be all done and you'll have to wait till next your for your tickets for basketball.
And while UConn basketball is going to be very dangerous this year, they are not the only team that is looking sharp. You know that fans in Lawrence, Kansas have been checking the Kansas schedule to see who could possibly knock them out of the #1 spot. UConn and the Jayhawks wont meet during the regular season, but there is always a possibility during the NCAA tournament. You can also bet that UNC Basketball tickets are as hot as they come because for whatever reason, everyone loves the Tarheels. And perhaps the only team that can rival UNC in terms of national hype is those Blue Devils. Duke basketball tickets are also some very hot items, and everyone wants to see what this team is made of. And when those teams meet, forget about it, fans can't wait to see them clash. It is safe to say that Duke UNC tickets might be the hottest ticket in all of college basketball. This year there seems to be a lot of hype surrounding the Kentucky Wildcats. They definitely have a solid team, and Kentucky basketball tickets seem to be very valuable in that area. All in all this UConn Huskies basketball season is shaping up to be a good one, so if you can buy your tickets now you'll be seeing some very good basketball.
The UConn Huskies are coming off a what has been a great basketball season and have to be among the favorites to take down the March Madness tournaments. Coach Jim Calhoun has done a great job with this team all year, and while the Huskies didn't play their greatest basketball against Pitt on Saturday, overall the team has been great and I like our chances as we head into the NCAA Tournament. I know quite a few friends who are looking for UConn NCAA Tournament tickets, and with a team this talented I have a feeling thousands of UConn fans are going to be looking for tickets to the NCAA Tournament.
Well, its been a fantastic season for the UConn Huskies basketball team so far, and as college basketball season winds down a bit it will get crazier and crazier for anyone with UConn tickets. I can't wait to see what happens once this team hits the court, but i think it should be a great end to the NCAA basketball season.
Big East tournament
Once the regular season is over, UConn will have to face off against a number of Big East opponents in the Big East tournament. Anticipation is already ripe for that, and you can bet that a lot of fans are looking to get their hands on Big East Tournament tickets, as this should be a great show. With all the action going down once again the New York's Madison Square Garden, this should be a great time for all. Will the Huskies be able to take the whole thing down, or will they fall to a Big East field that is as potent as ever. The Pitt Panthers are looking very sharp, and selling tons of Pitt tickets, while the Louisville Cardinals are no slouches themselves. Some are predicting the entire Big East will make it to the NCAA basketball Tournament but when you look at the tickets you can see why.
WHile we here are all about the UConn Huskies, this season it looks like the team to beat is North Carolina. The Tarheels look like they have one of the best college basketball teams ever assembled, and they are definitely going to be tough for anyone to beat. I just found this site that is all about finding UNC tickets. They have a ton of info and seem to be up-to-date on the latest UNC basketball news. Check it out if you are a fan.
You've heard it a million times, it's catchy and all, but do you know the words to the UConn fight song? To set the record straight here are the offical, actual, bonified words!

Ok here we go.
Everyone knows that UConn has been around for quite some time, and that their mascot is of course Jonathan the Husky. Most people after hearing Huskies think to themselves, ahh that's clever; UConn Huskies, like the 'Yukon', like Alaskan Husky dog.
As clever as it sounds however, this is not the case!
UConn first started as Connecticut Agricultural College, and were known as the Aggies at that time. Then in 1933, the school changed its name to Connecticut State College, making 'The Aggies' no longer a suitable name. A poll was taken in the student newspaper, and the Husky was selected as mascot with the name of Jonathan (for Jonathan Trumbull, Connecticut's Revolutionary War-era governor).
All of this *before* the school was ever knows as the University of Connecticut, much less coined into UConn. When you win a beer with this info, tell them you saw it on http://www.uconnhuskiesbasketballtickets.com !
Starting this year, the UConn Division of Athletics has revamped their system for distributing student season basketball tickets. For the first time, a lottery system has been put in place in an attempt to smooth out some of the perceived unfairness in the way tickets were dispersed in previous years.
How students get tickets:
1) Students line up to receive a randomly colored and numbered wristband.
2) A random process is run with the results being posted to a website, designating times for students with specific wristbands to line up for ticket purchase.
3) Students can purchase a full season's ticket, or up to two 'A' and 'B' packages, which each account for only part of the season.
Prior to this season, tickets were sold on a first come first serve basis with the ritual camping out for days in advance for tickets. Calhoun and the players would come through the line and thank the fans, even footing the bill for pizza for the faithful. While it was fun and created lasting memories, the old system did have it's flaws. Students were told not to line up until a certain time, yet there was a very large line hours before the set period. There were also many complaints about people cutting and pushing in line.
